The 2025/2026  Save Venice Newsletter highlights recently completed restorations including the Room of the Four Doors ceiling and stone doorways in Palazzo Ducale, Jacopo Tintoretto’s monumental Crucifixion in the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, the Lando Chapel in the church of San Sebastiano, and much more. Other current conservations featured include Jacopo Tintoretto’s paintings in the presbytery of the Abbey of San Giorgio Maggiore, ongoing work in Santa Maria Assunta on Torcello, the Foscari Monument in the Frari, numerous paintings in Venice’s museums and churches, the Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, and the IVBC restoration school work underway at the Conservatorio Benedetto Marcello in Palazzo Pisani. Ongoing educational initiatives featured includes the Women Artists of Venice (WAV) program, the 10th Anniversary of the Rosand Library & Study Center, and upcoming publications.
